To say we are frustrated is an understatement. We have zero tolerance for these unfair, automated platform practices. Because of this, we have decided to permanently take down all of our remaining eBay listings and refuse to sell on their platform moving forward. We pride ourselves on our track record, which makes this entire situation incredibly disappointing:

* 100% Positive Feedback: Until the moment we pulled the plug, our store maintained a perfect satisfaction rating.
* Months of Reliable Service: We have successfully served hundreds of happy customers over several months without a single issue.
* Guaranteed Support: Every single buyer received exactly what they paid for, backed by our direct assistance.

It is deeply unfair that a platform can completely dismiss a flawless history and genuine customer satisfaction based on arbitrary or malicious reports. We refuse to give our business to a platform that doesn't value honest, high-rated sellers.

#### What this means for you:

* Existing Customers: If you previously purchased from us on eBay, your product and its support are entirely unaffected. We are still right here to help you if you ever need troubleshooting, replacements, or have questions.
